So the ADAC German Car Club advised the different drivers, breathing properly and trying to have a quiet conversation with the front passenger in order to get a good degree of relaxation.
They also stressed the importance of running the low light of the car and take off the sunglasses while entering the tunnel in broad daylight, avoiding skipping maneuvers as much as possible, and keeping the distance to avoid risks of not less than 5 meters.
